BESTWAY - DO NOT PURCHASE1
We recently purchased a Bestway Inflatable pool to replace an Intex pool that we used for 4 years. We did not realize it was a different manufacturer (not Intex) when we purchased the pool. After setting it up we noticed a small leak in the seam and contacted the company to replace the liner. We did not want to waste the 900+ gallons of water in the pool, but wanted to transfer the water to the new liner. After 2 weeks of email and telephone calls (which were not returned) they have just advised me they will send me the new liner. I am not holding my breath!!! I am sure I will have to keep calling them. This is the worst customer service I have experienced.

My advice - BUY INTEX if you are looking for one of these inflatable pools -- Quality product that was well worth the money!!
I will never purchase a BESTWAY product again!!!

I bought a Bestway Pool to set up in my yard for my granddaughter. I am now entering my third season with the pool and it has been great. When I bought it you got all the accessories; ladder, pool cover, float, ground cover all included for about $100.00. For all the hours of fun we've had in that pool it was worth every penny. I have to admit, on a hot summer day, even when my granddaughter isn't visiting, I'll climb in there to cool off. I have it in a very sunny location, so the water gets very warm, very fast. After two or three days of 90 degrees it even serves as a hot tub of sorts in the evenings. Love it.


Stop! Dont buy Bestway1
The Bestway Products are terrible. We purchased this product from Toys R Us about three weeks ago. Its our first pool like this for the kids and they have loved playing in it and it was easy to set up; however, thats were the fun ends.

After three week or so of being set up, there is GRASS growing up through the bottom of the pool. Don't ask me how with 900 gallons of water on top, but the bottom of the pool must be too thin. In addition, the filter needs to be replaced. Try to find one, anywhere, on the internet. Not even Amazon sells the pool filters. The only place I have located them for sale is in England. There are several distributors of Bestway pool filters, but they have all told me Bestway's support has dropped off.

So, hey, I thought I would call the company. Good luck! After 20 minutes on hold, a lady answered and told me the ten dollar pack of four filters would cost $30 to ship to us in Hawaii! International shipping rates.

This is my first post ever on Amazon after being a customer of theirs for years.

Don't buy this piece of junk....
